To hold your spot on our calendar we take a $100 deposit. If we haven’t received your deposit within the 24 hour marker of booking we will unfortunately have to give up the spot to the next eager mom/dad/party person!
We take full payment a week prior to your party. Don’t worry, our system will remind you when it’s time to pay!!!
Someone from our team will call you sometime in the week prior to your event to go over last minute details.
RAIN / REFUND POLICY : Monies spent on an event cancelled because of rain or any in-climate weather conditions will be transferred to AKC credit with no expiration date. This can be used toward a future party, camp or playdate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of this event will result in a forfeiture of money tendered. Monies retained by Amazing Kid Company on a cancelled event may be used towards a rescheduled event.
LIFEGUARD CANCELLATION POLICY: we do require full payment of the full amount for lifeguards when booked. If you need to cancel for whatever reason (rain, illness etc) 50% is non refundable, and the remaining 50% becomes a credit for a future party, event etc.
Feel free to add gratuity when you are paying the balance, or our entertainers always appreciate cash the day of, or you can venmo @amazingkidco with your name and party and we will get it to them.
